Easily change between bikes - many of our athletes have different bikes for different disciplines.
No changing of batteries - eliminates issues with drop outs and also improves reliability by eliminating a liquid ingress point.
Rechargable and Long battery life - consistency of power data between training indoors and outdoors is so important when assessing performance. The unique, and super easy recharging of these power meters means that using this power meter indoors is so much easier and more convenient than a conventional power meter with replacable batteries. So even if you don't have an accurate turbo trainer, you can get consistent power readings by using the Assioma indoor and outdoor. We found battery life to be staggeringly good, and really easy to monitor using the app.
On a similar note, we have independently tested the Assiomas against the defacto standard 'Tacx Neo' turbo trainer and found the readings to track consistently over the full power range.
Simple easy calibration - with the Assiomas, it is only necessary to calibrate once after changing bikes - but through experience we found that this one off calibration isn't really neccessay to achieve an accurate reading.
