60min structured training for u12 (or older less experienced riders). Aimed at kids that plan to race in 2024. Faster kids will be invited to stay on for the second session foc.

5-10minnfree riding warming up.

We expect the child to be in the appropriate clothing.

15min of set drills (race starts, race Finnish, group work cornering.....)

10min set chain gang work.

15-20min race or team / group tt
