2hrs of structured training, open session for all, with specific emphasis on producing the right levels of stress and progression over the session that links directly into the following week. In short we promise to make you a better rider over the dark winter months. Working as a group you will be placed with riders that will both push and develop your fitness and skill. Groups are supported with riders of high ability (lead riders/ mentors/ coaches), they will help, support and push you over the full 2 hours of the session.

This session follows directly on from the u12 session, some of the faster ones will join us for the warm up free ride laps and if room we will encourage them to have there own group in the first chaingang. This acts as a good pathway for them to further develop and the format is then applied to youth B/A/junior/adult/pro cyclists ..who pushes the professionals..they are just there to support and do some easy z1 😉
