Tameside tight chain training

2 hours of structured training, coaches ride with you. Often we split into groups based on ability. The main focus of the session is based around endurance and power endurance, while riding with others and solo efforts. The sessions are designed to ensure all riders take something away each week. Feedback is welcome as it helps us develop the sessions further.

Any money made is used to further develop the region in terms of young rider support, events and training. 2024 will see a youth, u23 and junior three stage tour event in the northwest region supported by 360 cycling and we hope to see many of you there.
